Incident management training
Site incident controller
Suitable for those responsible for controlling an incident. Our site management training programme will empower individuals to confidently manage and control any emergency incident from start to finish, as well as communicate effectively with the site main controller.
Site main controller
Suitable for middle and senior management who are responsible for managing incidents and potential consequences. They’re trained to manage an incident from an on-site emergency control centre and how to coordinate a response with other responders.
Crisis management and business continuity
Recovering from crisis quickly and successfully is critical to reducing the impact on your business. This training programme enables individuals to identify potential hazards and respond with an effective solution, ultimately helping to return to normality as soon as possible.
Pipeline emergency response officer
The PERO (pipeline emergency response officer) ensures cross industry consistency in operator response to pipeline emergency incidents. On completion of the programme, individuals can immediately respond and provide on-site liaison with the emergency services on behalf of the pipeline operator.
Incident management preparedness and competency assessment
This training programme is developed for personnel whose role it is to manage, coordinate and respond to high hazard emergencies. The programme includes a mixture of theoretical, tabletop and live play exercises. On completion, the participant will be able to:

Exercising

Emergency response training
Industrial fire fighting
Our instructors have many years of operational hands-on experience responding to industrial incidents. As such, they can facilitate storage tank fire fighting training, tank and associated facilities fire hazard management workshops, and tank fire fighting and foam workshops.
Confined spaces
We provide basic awareness and rescue training in addition to bespoke confined space training to suit your specific site requirements. We train your staff in how to respond in critical situations using real scenarios, delivered by our experienced training team.
Working at height
Our courses can be adapted to various industries, but ultimately ensure staff members are equipped with the knowledge to prevent falls, rescue casualties and avoid other risks. We work with you to create tailored courses that are compliant and include the exact requirements.
Medical
We deliver, assess and certifify First Aid training and competence assessments approved by The Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. Our courses involve theoretical and practical sessions, and provide the knowledge and skills required to deal with a medical emergency confidently and correctly.
