One connected workspace

Understand the position. Manage the work. Demonstrate progress.

Assessment findings, supporting documents, spreadsheets and action lists often sit in separate places. Vantage connects them, so operational teams, assessors and senior leaders can see where arrangements are strong, where gaps remain, who owns the next steps and how progress is being demonstrated.

  • Understand strengths and gaps through structured assessments.
  • Connect each judgement to the evidence that supports it.
  • Assign improvements to accountable owners.
  • Track outstanding work and review completion.
  • Stay aware when evidence expires or circumstances change.
  • Give leaders a clear view across sites or buildings.

How it works

A practical cycle. Not a one-off assessment.

  1. Set the scope

Choose the facility or building and the requirements to review.

  2. Make the judgement

Record the position against each requirement, with evidence to explain it.

  3. Resolve the gaps

Give each improvement an owner and target date, then verify completion.

  4. Keep it current

Revisit the assessment as evidence expires or operating conditions change.

Shared platform capabilities

The foundations behind every module.

Structured assessments

A consistent way to record findings, explain judgements and review arrangements.

Connected evidence

Supporting records linked to the requirements and decisions they inform.

Accountable actions

Clear ownership, target dates and visibility of outstanding improvements.

Continuing assurance

Visibility of evidence needing attention and changes that may require review.

Management reporting

Information that helps leaders understand the assessed position and the work still to do.

Site and portfolio oversight

Organised visibility across the facilities or buildings within the user's permitted scope.

Reporting

A management view that goes beyond a score

Useful assurance means understanding both the assessed position and the work still outstanding. Vantage keeps assessment grades, the confidence in the evidence behind them and scenario risk context separate — an improving grade does not mean every significant risk has been resolved.

  • Where are our principal gaps?
  • Which actions are overdue?
  • Who owns the next steps?
  • What evidence needs review or renewal?
  • What has changed since the assessment?
  • What progress can we demonstrate?

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is Vantage?

Vantage is Triton Risk Management's software platform for structured assessment and continuing assurance. It brings assessments, supporting evidence, improvement actions and reporting into one connected workspace.

Which module is right for my organisation?

Both modules are coming soon. Vantage FEHM is for organisations managing fire and explosion hazards at industrial, process and major-hazard facilities. Vantage FSM (Fire Safety Management) is designed for building owners, property and portfolio managers and facilities teams. If you are unsure, we can help you choose.

Can Vantage support multiple sites or buildings?

Yes. Each site keeps its own assurance position, while leaders can compare themes, priorities and progress across the sites within their permitted scope.

Can our own team carry out assessments?

Yes. Your team can use Vantage independently to manage assessments, evidence and improvements. Triton support is optional and agreed separately.

How does Triton support the process?

Triton can help establish your workspace, support or carry out an assessment, or provide ongoing management under an agreed service arrangement.

How are evidence and improvement actions managed?

Evidence such as documents, photographs, drawings and site notes is linked to the requirement it supports. Findings become actions with owners and target dates, and completion evidence can be recorded and verified.

What reporting is available?

Dashboards show the assessed position, findings and open and overdue actions, with downloadable reports for leadership and governance. Reporting is in early release and continues to develop.
